Amazon MP3 Store Not Exactly Fair Use

Previously, I mentioned the incredible jump in mp3 DRM-free music Amazon has taken and how it would push the industry to go all DRM-free music. However, that isn’t entirely true.

The Amazon contract states you “may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content” for personal use. However, it then states “agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content.”

Now, is it just me or is that a bit of the same thing? How am I allowed to transfer the Digital Content without actually transferring it? If anyone knows the answer, please feel free to tell me.
