Honestly since I made this plugin and started using it on my own site click-throughs on the ads have gone up, most likely due to stopping 'banner blindness' as you stated. Definitely a good point. That might cause readers to pay more attention to ads, since the ad space might look little bit different each time, when they visit your site. At this point, I don't have anything advertisements to really benefit from this, but its nice thing to know that tools already exist, if it ever comes a problem.
