This week we went through several WordPress hacks to change the way themes work and feel. As a run-down, here’s a list of WordPress hacks we have talked about in the past:
- Add post images to your homepage.
- Change how functions work
- Add gravatars to comments.
- Separate pings, trackbacks, and comments.
- Add a separate template for each category.
The WordPress API isn’t any harder than other API systems found on the web. However, with the great support staff and awesome API documentation it is definitely one of the easiest to comprehend. If you know PHP and use WordPress, I recommend heading over to the WordPress API and having a look. You can do some amazing things.
