Another Entrecard Controversy

Over the past year, Entrecard, its founders, and its moderators have been involved in some serious accusations. These accusations range from EC being a Nazi regime to Graham being an Asian woman. The accusations have hurt Entrecard’s credibility and turned many against the system.

Entrecard Controversy

Although these accusations may seem silly to you, there are some people who take them extremely serious and continue to spread the word. But, this post isn’t about the past. I have it on good authority that something much weirder and more perverse is happening in front of our very own eyes.

So what is it? An anonymous source within Entrecard’s moderator team has told me a fellow moderator has in fact married a sheep. This moderator has been a member of Entrecard for over 6-months and is extremely well liked within the community.

I admit, when I first heard this rumor I was shocked. I was in disbelief of this actually occurring inside Entrecard. But, the moderator has shown me visual evidence of this horrid act.

The weirdness doesn’t stop there. Graham Langdon, founder of Entrecard, was also seen several weeks ago visiting Google the first day they hired goats to mow their lawn. Coincidence? Let’s hope so.

These acts cannot be tolerated. I suggest we join forces to stop these acts from hurting the sanctity of married!

Therefor, I hereby announce the creation of the Entrecard group “no sheep, no goat, no marriage”.

Here are a few images to help us get the word spread!

No sheep, no goat, no marriage

LOL! Now this is a funny turn of events. It’s more like GL is sleeping with rats but that’s besides the point. Anyway, I’m visiting you through Adgitize. Keep up the good humour :)

thats about as funny as an ex mod being jailed for molesting children that i read about over here. [no links please]

Sure it’s fine to poke fun at ec but there simply is nothing funny about any of it anymore

His actions are not related to Entrecard, so bringing it up and using it against them is ridiculous.

If an employee of Google molests someone, that doesn’t mean Google molests people. It means some crazy dude molested someone. The same is the case with this fellow and Entrecard.

Entrecard has tons and tons of problems. I have discussed them both publicly and privately. There is no reason to bring up false news or news about ex-members or some crazy dude who use to volunteer for them. There is enough bad stuff to be said about the program without bringing that up.

Also, I’m surprised it took that long for an article to be written about it. I was told about this shortly after he was charged within the forums.

Oh come on, it sure as heck is funny! What he prefers regarding sexual preferences in of no concern to Entrecard or anyone else for that matter providing he is not doing anything illegal. The fact that he found someone to marry him and the goat is outstanding. It shows a commitment to the relationship so more power to him. And even the other scandal eluded to is of no bearing to EC because AFAIK all his dealings with respect involved those of majority. Notice I did not say maturity but there’s been no indication he abused anyone associated with EC. And just to stir the pot a bit further, I can recall and still have copies of the conversation where GL broke up with his GF and found himself homeless. Here is a guy trying to sell a business claimed to worth a million plus bragging about sleeping on park benches. And that hat nonsense certainly did not show GL to be of sound mind either. If anything that likely had a bit more influence on how people thought about EC than the these two pervert cases. Think about it with all the power they have if the Whitehouse couldn’t keep a pervert out of office what makes you think EC could possibly do so? BTW, I thought you were an staunch EC supporter.

I am not and never was a staunch supporter. I just don’t support the many retarded rumors.

I think your piece shows discrimination against those who wish to marry their ‘Dolly’!

I’m not sheep, er, liker, but freedom to marry our wolly friends should be written in the constitution, or whatever.

Of course, marriage with goats is simply sick, and I’ll have none of it.

    ;)

Of course I meant wooly, not wolly there.

Actually, goats are much preferred over sheep by most isolated ranchers. For they are supposedly kinkier, which makes the winter months go by much faster. Not that I have any personal experience either way, of course.

Well without any evidence we’ll have to assume it’s a coincidence about Graham visiting Google, but wow, who married a sheep? Is that even legal is the United States?

I assume it’s a moderator in the U.S.A.? I think there’s only 4 moderators left, so it shouldn’t be too hard to figure out who.

You have to admit though, sometimes Entrecard causes it’s own problems.

I don’t think the post on Turnip of Power was meant to cause controversy, but rather to inform. Entrecard is dead so why bother with it?

This wasn’t in response to Turnip’s post. It is a response to the ridiculousness of people believing everything that is said about Entrecard or any product.

And Entrecard is not ‘dead’. It won’t be for a very, very long time. Has it slowed down? Sure. But the day EC almost dies is the day Graham sells it. Even though EC does have more investors, it is still a living, breathing site.

@sixmats, yes EC is dead but some of us who remember what it was before it began the horrible downward spiral still like to talk about it on occasion. Think of it as an online version of gathering around the office water cooler

@Gary R. Hess, true “technically” EC is not dead. Whether it is breathing is another issue, more like gasping for air like a fish out of water. GL would be lucky to get a wooden nickel for EC right now even though it is live. Let’s face the real as opposed to the imaginary economy is in a recession. Investors would rather put their money into something with promise. He, himself has done way too much damage and that damage continues to be echoed in blogs by the very same bloggers who helped build EC. Bloggers are not going to come back to EC just because it changes hands simply based on the previous track record.

@John rumours are out there as to which mod this is. Yes I do find it funny in a sadistic way but at the same time that is up to that particular mod and not a real reflection of EC itself. Although one could argue that EC is basically run by a bunch of nutters, I do think it is a shame that the pedophile incident and this incident is being connected with EC. Yes like many I want to see EC go down but not because of these kind of things. EC has no control over what their mods do in their own free time. OTOH had GL married a goat that might be a different story although no goat in their right ming would marry GL ;)
