@r1ooooo not necessarily ‘better’. Just more people buy it, probably because it is slightly cheaper.

I have the Zen, which I totally enjoy. The interface is a breeze and the software that comes with it doesn’t suck (I’m usually anti-proprietary software but the video conversion tool is awesome.)
Draw back? not as many cutesy accessories.
